Ferndale Maternity Photography: Sarah

 

Sarah and Brian are expecting their second child in a few weeks and wanted to take some maternity photos before he arrives (Ferndale Maternity Photography).  So we met up at Hovander Park to take some pictures.  I really love taking maternity photos.  I agree with the analogy that a maternity session is to newborn photographers what an engagement session is to wedding photographers.  It’s a fun way to get to know clients and their families and get some great pictures before the baby arrives.  I had such a fun time with Sarah, Brian, and big sister-to-be, Brynlee Ann.  Doesn’t Sarah have the most beautiful smile?!?

On a related note, I LOVE Hovander Park–there are so many different places to shoot there that look great–but I’m worried that I may be getting in a rut, so if you have suggestions of other fantastic locations in Whatcom County that I should check out, let me know in the comments.
